These days we know that regular participation in activities is vital to the health and wellbeing of seniors, whatever mental or physical difficulties they may be experiencing.

inspiritbuxton is a new project born out of my experience in massage therapy, music and
as a nursing auxiliary and activities coordinator/provider.

  The aims of inspiritbuxton are

                      1   To provide aids for the provision of art and music activities
                      2    To provide information about those who provide activities which may                                     be of interest
                      3   To provide links to other useful websites and relevant article, publications
                            and organizations

                      4    Utimately, to provide a focal point  of reference , information exchange
                            and support network for all those involved in activities provision
